Aarti is the dictionary definition of a multi-hyphenate. She wears many hats, including coach, presenter, podcast host, artist manager and marketing consultant! Bringing a wealth of invaluable cross industry experience and infinite energy to any project, event or campaign she works on.
With a background rooted in PR and marketing, Aarti cut her teeth working on some of Scotland’s most loved brands. Before moving to head up marketing and communications at DF Concerts, where she spent 14 years leading strategy and campaigns for the biggest festivals in the country. Including T in the Park, TRNSMT and Connect Festival.
Aarti made the bold career pivot to become a coach back in 2022, after being coached by the esteemed Handel Group (whose clients include Barack Obama and Hugh Jackman!) and training with Animas Group she co-founded coaching and wellness company, Freedom & Joy. Which has also given her the flexibility and space to follow other passions. Aarti hosts and produces hit Scottish podcast, Out,Out! and presents a weekly new music show on Glasgow radio station GO Radio. She also sits on the Glasgow committee for Soho House and the board of Sub Club’s Dazzle initiative, which is focussed on increasing diversity in the club and DJ scene in Scotland.
She is also often invited to participate in panel events and exudes confidence and charm in front of a live audience. Having recently hosted sell-out live shows of the Out,Out! podcast as well as comparing the entertainment stage at UCI Cycling Championships.
